Quotation & Estimate 

The price for any goods and/or services ordered by the client will be the price shown on the quotation/estimate and will be subject to all taxes applicable unless otherwise stated. 

Paper Sparrow Design reserves the right to increase the price for goods and/or services where such increase is due to any factor caused by the client and/or where any increase is caused by material information not being disclosed to Paper Sparrow Design by the client at the point of quotation, whether or not the client was aware of such material information at that time. When assessing furniture for a quote, removal of the top cover and stuffing material may be required. We will of course inform you of any such additional cost before commencing.

Any estimate or quote submitted by Paper Sparrow Design does not constitute an offer capable of binding Paper Sparrow Design and no contract shall come into effect until Paper Sparrow Design has received a 50% deposit of the total price from the client.

Goods remain the property of Paper Sparrow Design until payment is received in full.

Deposit

To confirm a project, a 50% deposit of the total price must be paid, prior to the commencement of work. The remaining 50% must be paid on completion. For the purpose of payment ‘completion’ will be viewed as the item/items of furniture being delivered or a project being signed off by client/subcontractor by responding to Paper Sparrow Design’s job completion email, which includes final invoice. Payment terms will be specified on our estimate or invoice. 

We accept payment via bank transfer from most major credit/debit card providers.

Delivery charges   

Delivery charges will be shown on the estimate or invoice, prices will vary according to your location.

Fabric 

The quantity of fabric required for a project is an estimate. Paper Sparrow Design will re-measure the furniture once it arrives at our workshop and the specific quantity will be agreed. This may result in a small reduction or increase in the required amount of fabric. A change to fabric quantity would then result in a revised quote being issued to the client.

If no fabric has been specified, the cost of the proposed fabric will be added to the price given in the quote or estimate, which will be the price per meter multiplied by the estimated quantity. If there is an adjustment in fabric quantity this will be reflected in a reissued quote.

Paper Sparrow Design keep all information provided by the client confidential.
